We will gladly accept any returns, firstly get in touch with us via the Contact Us Page or reply to the email you received when placing the order. Depending on the problem, we will help out with either a replacement or advice to assist with the products you have received. If it is a return for a refund we will process the refund as soon as the products are returned, if replacements are required, we will cover the cost of postage and provide a return envelope for the returned goods.
We are very flexible with returns and will always do our best to ensure the customer receives the products they require.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund via the method that payment was originally made. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We will cover the cost of shipping for items that need to be returned for any reason.
