Shipping Policy – Australian Customers

All orders that select Australia Post Regular Post, receive Untracked Regular Postage.
Any order that is over $70 will be sent via Express Post at our expense, every customer has the option to purchase Express Post if their order is under $70.
Please refer to the below table for changes to our Express Post Discounted Postage Rates (as of Jan 2019):

  • In the event that a regular posted item has not been received within expected delivery times (please see guidelines at the bottom of page), we will re-issue an item to the customer via Express Post. The customer is to pay the amount of the product again, we will pay for the amount of the Express Post, the value of the product will be refunded when the late item is received and returned to us.
  • It is no fault of Plaig Bearings if Australia Post cannot deliver an item within their own delivery guidelines, therefore we will work with the customer to ensure they receive the item they paid for.
  • We STRONGLY Encourage customers to use Express Post, this effectively solves any possible issues with delivery. This is due to Australia Posts inability to provide a reliable service, therefore we see the need to implement this policy for the protection of not only our business but to ensure our customers can receive goods in a timely manner.

Please note that if you have made an error with your address, we are not liable for the lost package or the cost to replace it.

Late Delivery Guidelines for Regular Postage:

The below timeframes are the amount of time before we will re-issue products that have not been received.

Victoria – 5 Working Days
SA, NSW, ACT, TAS – 7 Working Days
NT, WA QLD – 10 Working Days

If you would like a product to be re-issued prior to this timeframe you must order it and pay for Express Post.
